We recently had the great experience of working with Crisitan and his team on a complicated pool patio and water feature. He installed retaining walls pillars and was fantastic. His team was on site every day he was easily reachable and always accommodating on adds we had. His attention to detail and explanation of the process was excellent. The workers at Creative Minds were very polite very neat and were very hard workers. I can honestly say that Creative Minds Landscaping is hands down the BEST landscape company in CT. Christian and his crew are reliable, timely, friendly and professional! His prices are competitive and he provides a personal service whereas the big companies will not give you the care and attention to detail that he provides. The proof is in his work, the customer service  and the excellent workmanship they put into every job shows. I would recommend them to anyone! Definitely a 5 star company! Avoid this business at all cost. As one of the reviewers said in one of the reviews which I agree and has experienced, Cristian Sanchez suddenly will not reply to your email or text messages. He will abandon customers just like that. Absolutely very unprofessional. He will sound very helpful at first when he is trying to sell his business but will abandon clients just like that when he thinks he already got what he wanted and moves on. Only thinking of himself and not his clients. I sent messages via email and text but he never replied to any after he got what he wanted. FYI I have masked my name for privacy reason and the business owner would say I was never in their list but I can assure you I had business with this company which should be avoided.
